Here are the general steps:

• Step 1: Mix the moulding powder with cold water. Insert the foot into the moulding material. You will see it changing from yellow to red colour and back to yellow colour, which shows the mould has set.
• Step 2: Wiggle the Foot out of the moulding material after it has set.
• Step 3: Mix the casting powder with cold water. Pour the casting mixture into the mould. Let the cast harden for at least 1 hour.
• Step 4: Tear open the mould, remove the cast and enjoy your creation.
